About Bill Kimble
Real Estate Developer

Bill Kimble is a man on a mission.  He has worked hard in his life to overcome many challenges. Instead of making excuses, those challenges spurred a need for change and led him to be a community leader, activist, and real estate developer that has a passion to serve his community. Those passions include Real-estate, Construction, and Economic Development. His extensive background along with a Master's Degree, in real estate from UMKC, gives him the knowledge to help solve many social skills that plague the most distressed and blighted areas of Kansas City.

  • A rep for Councilman Lee Barnes 5th District PIAC rep. (KCMO).

  • Former 16th Ward Jackson County Democratic Committeeman (2016).

  • Nominating/Steering Committee for Freedom Inc. (a political organization)

  • Member of the Greater Downtown Area Plan Steering Committee (for Kansas City Missouri).

  • Member of the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority neighborhoods advisory committee.

  • Executive Director of a non-profit called the Affordable Housing Coalition (an outgrowth of Neighborhoods United), where we specialize in revitalizing distressed census tracks and in creating housing for homeless Veterans and for persons with disabilities.

He has served on many boards throughout the Kansas City area and holds many certifications that give him the knowledge and experience to do his job well. For over 20 years he has been passionately committed to going beyond merely delivering the highest quality beautifully finished homes within his community. His leadership is an example that we should all follow.
